Question:I had a tree fall on my travel trailer it bent the top front corner also my window cover dont shut is this a total loss if the frame is bent and the tree also landed on my slide out and it dropped about an inch the black seal on top of it doesnt touch the top of the slide out anymore,we currently live in this

Robbie: Sorry to hear about the tree damage but you have a huge list of problems and answering them on this website would really be a challenge. I strongly suggest you call a repair center near you and have them send a adjuster to look at your rig. If you are insured your agent can do this for you. If the damage is bad enough it could exceed the value of the trailer. I hope this helps you.

Thanks for the Question Good Luck,
Robbie

Robbie Warford, San Diego RV Repair

Hi, I'm Robbie. Welcome to Money-Saving-RV-Repair.com!

Like the name implies, this site is all about helping you save money while keeping your RV in tip-top shape--and that is all about you having the knowledge to do so.

I've been a technician in the RV industry for 30 years, operating out of San Diego, California. And let me tell you, I love my job.

But I also love empowering RVers with the knowledge they need to make the right decision on repairs, or to make the fix themselves--and that, my friend, is the reason for this website. I hope you enjoy.

Or, learn more about me, my RV service practice, & this website here.
