My RV Fridge Keeps Freezing

Question:Fridge keeps freezing

Robbie:The Thermastat or Thermister may be going bad and is not as sensitive as it should be. When a Thermister goes bad it allows the fridge to freeze unlike a Thermastat that shuts off the fridge when it goes bad. Without a Make and Model number I can't tell you what you have. If its freezing I would guess you have a thermister going bad.

Thanks for the Question Good Luck,
Robbie

Fridge noise NEW
by: Monika

My unit is intermittently making a humming noise that appears to come from the back. Is that normal? I bought an off grid house with two propane refigerators and don't know if this is normal or something new.
