Generator Has Stopped Sending Power To RV

Question: Generator on our Cruise Master RV has stopped sending power to the air conditioner, refrigerator and microwave. The generator was serviced only 2 weeks ago.

Robbie: Assuming from your question the generator does run and you have no power try the following:

  1. Check the breaker on the generator to see that it hasn?t tripped.

  2. If you have no 110 anywhere, you may have a problem with your auto transfer switch and I strongly suggest you have this checked by a qualified technician.

  3. If you do not have a transfer switch and have the test equipment check and see if you have power to the main breaker inside the motorhome.
