Detailed Blueprint Drawings

Question: 1998 5th Wheel RV Holiday Rambler Alumalite: Is there a set of detailed blueprints and/or drawings that give measurements for such things as windows, doors, window coverings, and other replacement parts?

Robbie: I would say no chance. Getting detailed Blueprints on any unit as old as yours I would say is near impossible. Factory's are known to keep records for only three years after a unit is manufactured. This is only a guide line and not a rule. You can call the factory (if there still in business) and ask and maybe get some info over the phone but I don't think you'll get much info. If your looking for a window size you can remove the window and the manufacturer's name and model number might be on the side of the frame. If the RV Manufacturer is out of business the window manufacturer may still be open and can help.

Thanks for the Question Good Luck,
Robbie

Robbie Warford, San Diego RV Repair

Hi, I'm Robbie. Welcome to Money-Saving-RV-Repair.com!

Like the name implies, this site is all about helping you save money while keeping your RV in tip-top shape--and that is all about you having the knowledge to do so.

I've been a technician in the RV industry for 30 years, operating out of San Diego, California. And let me tell you, I love my job.

But I also love empowering RVers with the knowledge they need to make the right decision on repairs, or to make the fix themselves--and that, my friend, is the reason for this website. I hope you enjoy.

Or, learn more about me, my RV service practice, & this website here.
