Question: 2000 Coachmann Leprechaun class c 31 ft.. I have a leak I just discovered upon getting ready for vacation season. The area I spotted was in rear bedroom ceiling panel distorted, this is the first time I have seen this. I have read you article about roof repair &reseal maintenance. My
problem is I do not know how to remove ceiling panel for inspection &replacement & where to go to get replacement part.
Any info you can supply would be deeply appreciated.

First to fix leak of course. Then to contact manufacturer re panel. Panels are usually attached to roof beam/stud like drywall in a house, then a strip of some material to side seams. Usually patch won't work like with drywall, but must span seam to seam or stud to stud for nailing purposes. Hopefully u can find something that matches. Or consider use plain panel and paint entire ceiling area so all matches. Best to you, my Trailer is 1977 and leaking, has wood ceiling, what a mess. But what fun to have your House on Wheels!
